In this session, Laval University professor and agricultural economist, James Eaves, will discuss the results of a detailed simulation he conducted that compares the profitability of an indoor farm to that of a greenhouse in three locations across Canada. The purpose of the session is to give audience members deeper insights into what drives the answer of which growing method is better, given the market the grower is operating in.
