Heather Segal is a principal at Segal Immigration Law and has over twenty years of experience in immigration law. Her experience includes sitting as an elected Director to the American Immigration Lawyers Association Board of Governors for the last ten years. Most recently she sat on the National Liaison Committee with the US Department of Homeland Security, Customs and Border Protection. She was voted by her peers as one of the world’s leading and most highly regarded practitioners in corporate immigration law in “Who’s Who Legal Corporate Immigration.” She was recently listed in the 11th edition of the Best Lawyers in Canada 2017 in the field of Immigration Law. She is practices both Canada and the United States immigration law.
