Cannabis supplier Halo Collective Inc. has purchased Dissolve Medical, an Ontario-based cannabis developer.
The financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Dissolve Medical makes CBD slits, which Halo officials describe as “a precise, rapid, discreet and healthier option for cannabis consumption,” consisting of strips containing CBD, CBN, or CBG formulations. “The CBD slits produce an oral delivery system, which are similar to breath strips, that can be used for energy elixirs, herbal remedies, and a smokeless alternative option to medical and recreational users of CBD, CBN, or CBG,” Halo officials said in an April 29 news release.
Halo currently operates in the U.S. in Oregon and California, and sells cannabis products principally to dispensaries in the U.S. under its brands Hus, Mojave, and Exhale.
