Belushi appears comfortable in his skin as he tweets half-naked shots of himself.

It was no bikini, as in Chelsea Handler’s recent reveal celebrating booze and bud, but actor-turned-cannabis farmer Jim Belushi opted for his own showy bid to bolster viewership on Growing Belushi.

“Jim, didn’t know that one of the effects of the Cannabis is giving the best shape of your life. Top shape my friend,” noted one poster from Uruguay.

“yooo, Jim… thats right ! More nippels, more fun! Let us shout’ it out, loud,” added another weirdly aroused commenter from Gemany.

Of course, it’s not the first time the actor/singer/comedian/farmer felt the need to let it all (well, some) hang out.

According to the Daily Mail, Belushi was snapped following a particularly gruelling spin class in Santa Monica, Calif. six years ago. The then 60-year-old, known for his active lifestyle, opted to go sans shirt.

Belushi looked totally wiped out while resting against his car following the workout. After class, though, the quick-change artist switched out the look for a silver athletic shirt with yellow detailing, black shorts and a pair of neon orange ear buds, the publication reports.

Then there was the time, during a test-recording for Return to Me, that Belushi stripped down to show his upper body, with predictably humourous results.

Shirtless or not, Belushi continues to be a very busy guy. During a recent interview with TMZ Live, he explained that one of the biggest challenges he faces growing weed is the pests who dip into his supply .

He singled out gophers as among the main culprits. “They eat the roots of the plant, you know. They love the cannabis, these pests,” he said.

Although cannabis farming is his passion, Belushi made clear he has enough interest and energy for other activities, including Growing Belushi and other acting gigs. There’s no conflict in doing several things at once, he suggested.
