A medical cannabis professional, Michael was born and raised on the gulf coast of Florida. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, Michael worked for Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals specializing in Multiple Sclerosis from 2002-2009. Michael is GAP certified
from Cornell University. After recognizing the potential and benefit of cannabis as medicine, Michael relocated to Colorado and in 2008 co-founded and operated Kind Love; a vertically operated medical cannabis company. Award winning, Kind Love is nationally recognized for
having unique and diverse cultivars along with a sophisticated medical cannabis center experience like no other. Michael has accumulated more than 20,000 legal and compliant hours in the field of cultivation and dispensary operations.
After being nominated Master Cultivator of the year in 2013, Michael decided to take his career in a new direction. Turning his attention to the development side of the business, Michael began consulting with first-time cultivation facilities to design and build successful large-scale operations from the ground up. Michael co-founded Greenhaus Industries and patented a cultivation tray that fits in pallet racking and carriage racks to allow indoor cultivators to grow on multiple levels to maximize cubic and square canopy footprint. To date Michael has designed and consulted on over 2 million square feet of indoor and 7 million sq. ft. of greenhouse cultivation facilities. In 2015, Michael cultivated and harvested 50 acres of industrial hemp, which was one of nation’s first legal crops since 1937. To date Michael & team have cultivated over 2,500 compliant cannabis harvests. In additional to multiple states, Michael has consulted in Canada, Columbia, Australia, and Switzerland.
