Dr. Aakash Goyal

Dr. Aakash Goyal is the CEO and President of RAYN Cultivation Inc. He holds a Ph.D. in Genetics and Plant Breeding and is a certified plant breeder in Canada. With over 20 years of research experience in plant science, agriculture, agronomy, breeding, and native plant–pollinator development, Dr. Goyal has made significant contributions to the field. Since the legalization of cannabis, he has worked in the industry as a Director of Cultivation, and in 2021, he founded RAYN Cultivation Inc.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Goyal has published 10 books and more than 50 research publications, including research and review articles, book chapters, and book reviews. He is also an elected Fellow of the International College of Nutrition (FICN)and the Society of Applied Biotechnology (FSAB).
