During this enlightening presentation, Terry Donnelly will look at the impact of cannabis on the alcoholic beverage industry, the potential for social harm reduction by converting alcohol drinkers to cannabis drinkers, and the opportunities for craft producers of cannabis, wine, and beer to work together to create new categories that build on the great heritage of thousands of years of craft beverage production, incorporating the best aspects of terroir, lineage, cultivation, and infusion.
