Andrea has worked in retail since she was 13 years old where she was the weekend manager for a small flower shop on Grandville Island. Back in those days hiring a responsible 13 year old was common. Fast forward Andrea honed her skills with front line retail experience drawing on inspiration from Service Design and a degree in Design for the Retail Environment. She landed smack dab in the middle of the Golden Era of Cannabis Retail. She’s made the jump from legacy to legal and while it’s been messy she is passionate about maintaining a human connection between the Cannabis producers. She wrestles with trying to define and participate in an ethical cannabis economy.
Andrea smoke joints every day, she enjoys a cannabis beverage once in a while, digs topicals and has a few edibles once in a blue moon. Micro shrooms are fun too. That Cocoa Leaf tea is lovely. Andrea is the co-founder of Village Bloomer in Vancouver BC. Village Bloomery opened May 2105.
