“I have worked in the cannabis industry for two years as the Retail Operations Manager for Cannabis Xpress. In 2 years we have expanded rapidly from 9 stores to nearly 17! We were also the first private retailer to enter the New Brunswick market with more stores to come.
Prior to working in cannabis, I have worked in big box retail and luxury jewelry which are two completely different landscapes and after having two littles, I needed a career change and felt that entering cannabis would be a perfect space to branch into. With my solid background in sales and coaching, I felt that applying those skills to passionate Budtenders was the natural step to grow and educate consumers.
In addition to working at Cannabis Xpress, I am also the Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for Canadian Women in Cannabis, where we focus on advocacy for fair, equal and considerate cannabis laws across Canada. “
