Brytany is an experienced retail leader and entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of opening, operating and expanding cannabis dispensaries. With 15+ years of high-volume retail experience, coupled with a background in Human Resources Management, she began her cannabis career in Winnipeg, Manitoba opening the first legal retail stores in Canada. She moved on to successfully open countless retail stores in Ontario including one of Ontario’s first licensed cannabis stores and now the largest retail location in Ontario. Brytany represented Ontario retailers as a co-chair for the OCS Retail Advisory Panel where she was responsible for providing holistic industry-specific feedback to all panel members and communicating decisions and direction to the retail community. She has become a subject matter expert in the cannabis retail industry, through her numerous store openings, brand development, active industry engagement, and overall contributions to cannabis retail growth and development.
