Christopher is a Senior Manager in the M&A and Transaction group of Deloitte Canada. Christopher works with clients to provide acquisition advisory, commercial and financial due-diligence, company screening, and M&A strategy services.

Christopher has deep experience in the cannabis industry, having led financial, commercial, and strategic engagements on the Canadian, US, and international cannabis markets for clients, including leading Canadian and US cannabis producers and retailers, financial investors, international CPG companies, and provincial cannabis regulators. Christopher is the Co-Leader and Chief-of-Staff of the Deloitte Centre for Cannabis and is a regular contributor to Deloitte’s cannabis publications, most recently authoring ‘Clearing the Smoke: Insights into the Canadian Illicit Cannabis Market’ and ‘The Impact of the Cannabis Excise Tax’.
