Dario DiCarlo – Principal and Partner at The HIDI Group with over a decade of experience in engineering consulting. A graduate of McMaster University in Engineering Physics, he holds a Masters of Business Administration in Technology and Innovation. As Electrical Lead Engineer, Dario has built a diverse global portfolio of projects that spans various sectors including pharmaceutical, mission critical, educational institutions, and arts and culture.
In 2014, Dario began consulting for Commercial Medicinal Marijuana Growers, providing electrical engineering services for new and existing production facilities with an emphasis on long term energy planning and energy cost strategies. As a guest speaker for the Emerging Green Builders’ Greater Toronto Chapter his expertise covers green building design, lighting, controls, power monitoring, and renewable energy.
