With almost 30 years of cannabis cultivation experience, Dustan has dedicated a good portion of his life to cannabis. He was a founding partner and Head of Cultivation/Master Grower for Parkland Flower Inc. – which in 2022 won Canadian Craft Producer of the Year under his direction. He is now the Master Grower with Nine Lions Biosciences Corp. in Leduc, Alberta, Canada – which provides clean genetics through tissue culture and propagation. Dustan is also a cultivation consultant with Chief Grow Officer Consulting – helping Licensed Producers and growers across Canada and the United States with their operations and genetics.
Dustan is currently working on several cannabis projects – one with the goal of developing a cultivar which will help in the battle against opioid addiction – developing a drought resistant cultivar – and another having to do with resistance to HLVD and other viroids which are a serious threat to the cannabis industry.
