Janine has an extensive background in agriculture in sales and financial government program delivery in both the public and private sector. While Janine has had other sales roles in the cannabis space, her current role as a retail store manager and as part of social media ambassador team with Four20, her focus has been on driving business with a focus on driving sales growth with a focus on customer service and retail education. Whether speaking to customers on the retail sales floor or creating her social content online, her approach is to challenge consumers not only misconceptions about the plant, but also the current day challenges of the industry at large.
