Jenny started her career in sports nutrition and dietary supplements managing production and raw materials and moved on to procurement and purchasing for a renowned weight-loss supplement company managing domestic and international supply chain and vendors. She was then recruited as Operations Manager for an international sports nutrition company helping the management of their growth from a small to large company with over $75 million in annual sales.
Keeping in her career path in sports nutrition, she continued her stint as Director of Operations and QC for a protein-bar brand playing a pivotal role growing the company year over year from 7-figures to 8 in annual revenue.
Having top level experience in supply chain, QC and operations put her well equipped to take on the role of National Sales Manager at a food ingredients company managing all of Canada and grew her revenue portfolio over 60% within the first year.
Venturing out on her own, she had her first taste in the cannabis space consulting in compliance and regulatory affairs. She was “hooked” and was quickly picked up by a compliant packaging solutions company, where she is now COO.
