Jess Lee, Master Grower at Treez Botanicals Inc., brings a wealth of experience and passion for cannabis cultivation to her role. Starting from humble beginnings as a front-line worker at UP Cannabis in 2017, Jess’s love for people and cannabis set her on a path to success during the transformative period of legalization in Canada. Transitioning to leadership roles at HEXO, including at the Brantford genetics facility, Jess honed her skills in KPI maintenance and inventory control. With a background in art, particularly printmaking and taxidermy, Jess embraces a meticulous approach to cultivation, striving for perfection in every aspect of the process. Her experience in both commercial and micro facilities has shaped her into a seasoned cultivator, and she is honored to share her insights at Grow Up Conference & Expo Toronto 2024.
