John B. Aird

John is a career entrepreneur and has been working in the Canadian medical cannabis industry since its infancy. Since 2014, John has successfully assisted numerous applicants become Licensed Producers under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations, including (TSX: HIP). From 2016-2018, John acted as a Management consultant for Aphria Inc. (TSX: APHA) and Nuuvera Corp (NUU.V), and is formerly a Director of the Canadian Cannabis Association (CCA), and ARA – Avanti Rx Analytics. In 2017, John Co-Founded Olli Brands Inc., a Licensed Processor of cannabis infused edibles products throughout Canada. Currently, John is the C0-CEO and Chairman of Olli Brands Inc., and is the Managing Director at Zenkai, an independent, full-service export development company for regulated medical cannabis. John is on the Board of Directors for 4C Labs, a Licensed distributor in the UK; and Hoshi International (formerly CEO), a Licensed Producer in Portugal. Together with his partner’s, John has raised significant amount private equity to support and operate his business endeavours. Prior to working in medical cannabis, John co-developed and sold a 50 MW solar project to Samsung and worked in the Premier’s office of Ontario, and the Ministry of Economic Development & Trade.
