Mike is a partner, and head of the Psychedelics practice group at Bereskin & Parr LLP. He is a lawyer, registered US and Canadian patent agent, and leads the firm’s Psychedelic Practice Group. With an advanced degree in chemistry, Mike’s practice focuses on chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology patents. As a registered US and Canadian patent agent, Mike works with companies small and large to prepare and prosecute chemical patent applications worldwide. Mike also conducts validity and freedom to operate opinions with respect to chemical patents.
