Nicolas Hébert has been with the SQDC for 5 years, where he manages logistics for the network’s 100+ branches and oversees the coordination of web orders. He plays a critical role in supporting branch operations by optimizing the logistics network and product flow within the supply chain.
Nicolas is responsible for implementing supplier return processes and consistently improves key planning activities, such as inter-branch transfers, to ensure effective inventory management. He also handles the management of non-compliant products and is currently developing a process for managing product obsolescence across branches.
Known for his proactive approach, Nicolas works closely with carriers and suppliers to foster “win-win” partnerships. He is adept at navigating the complexities of supply chain logistics and has a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies. With nearly 20 years of experience in retail management, including time as a branch manager, he is recognized for his leadership and professionalism.
