Phil Floucault is the Co-Founder, President & CEO of the Costa Canna Group & United Greeneries Ltd, a Limited Liability Partnership between The Cowichan Tribes & Costa Canna Corp. encompassing Provincial Retail stores, Federal Production, Processing, Domestic & International Sales & Distribution and Product Development within the Global Cannabis Industry. With a mainstay on Partnerships, Costa Canna has become a leader in product flow through and distribution both in the Domestic & International markets.
Prior to this position Phil was the Vice President and Operations Manager for Interra Energy Services Ltd. (IESL) were he led the company to operate in 3 countries as well as leading the R&D Engineering program for IESL for over 5 years designing some of the leading Horizontal Completion techniques in North America for companies such as Shell, ConocoPhillips, Imperial Oil, Saudi Aramco, Chevron, Anadarko, ExxonMobil, Marathon Oil and Apache to name a few. His ambition for personnel development, technology integration, operational excellence, customer support and sales results, have enabled him to support and lead teams in multiple corporate disciplines around the world.
Phil is also the CEO of Isracann Biosciences, a publicly traded company with a core focus on cannabinoid / psilocybin infused Natural Health Products for PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Prostate, post viral treatments among others, via their recent acquisition of Praesidio Health.
