Stephanie Pow is a recruitment consultant and cannabis career coach who supports the global cannabis industry.
Starting in the legal industry in 2019, she has spent the last three years recruiting for leading cannabis companies from seed to sale across Canada and Europe. Her role has allowed her the unique opportunity to hear the career stories and “on-the-ground” cannabis industry insights and experiences of thousands of individuals who have helped build the industry from the ground up. This knowledge has helped her to truly understand what the people of cannabis want and need, and she helps her clients to use this knowledge in order to build successful, sustainable cannabis companies and careers.
She is the founder of “The Buddy Program”, a peer-to-peer global mentorship program created to support career development and connection within the cannabis community. With 60+ mentors signed up to date, she aims to formalize and expand the reach of the program into 2023 and beyond.
Stephanie labels her personal approach as “people-first” and is on a mission to bring people into the main focus of the cannabis industry alongside the plants and profits.
