The cannabis market is booming, with pre-roll sales leading the charge at a staggering 40% year- over-year growth, now exceeding $1.2 billion. Infused joints, in particular, dominate the sector, making up 20% of all pre-roll sales. Despite their popularity, surprisingly little research exists on how pre-rolls actually perform. What influences their burn, potency, and overall experience?

Critical factors like particle size and humidity remain largely unexplored. Vapes and other inhalable products are the third biggest category in cannabis sales.
