When two words: food and security, are combined, Food Security is hatched. This means people have access to nutritious food.
However, lately, nothing is how it appears.
Access to food is a human right, but it is not a given. In a world where all food must be “legal,” federal overreach is at the foundation of access to real food. We have come to the time where states must pass “right to garden” laws to protect a human’s right to plant food in his own backyard.

When people are restricted from growing or accessing food, at the whim of city, state, county, or federal laws, then have people lost innate rights?
The prevailing term today is Food Insecurity. That’s when government restricts access to food, by:
culling herds of cattle, chickens, and pigs that result in food shortages,
burying federal legislation (PRIME Act) that would make it easier for small farms to serve customers, and
enacting mandates that require electronic IDs in all livestock.
The government’s proposed rule is part of the 2013 Animal Disease Traceability regulation. It is not getting much play in the media because
over the years, consumers have pushed back against RFID in favor of alternative identification techniques (tags, tattoos).
There are known and unknown health concerns to animal and human health. Evidence from the 1990s linked RFIDs to cancer.
There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don’t know. But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don’t know we don’t know. — Donald Rumsfeld
This proposed final rule would make electronic ID the only official ID for cattle/bison crossing state lines for independent ranchers, alone. Not for all ranchers. Without alternatives, RFID program costs of nearly $2 billion to industry would be excessive and put most ranchers out of business. It would cost $26 million per year just to enforce.
What if people knew that regulators have attempted to circumvent requirements of the legal process to push forward the digitization of meat? Would anyone care?
Rep. Hageman is one of few lawmakers working on behalf of independent meat producers and consumers. She says the risk of disease is not found in pastured animals, but prevalent in confinement feedlot operations. With only independent producers (11% of producers), subject to the rule, it means that RFID is not about traceability, but surveillance and control. It will reduce cattle production and increase prices.
If you don’t do traceability for 100% of the livestock then your entire program fails to operate… The rule will never be effective. – Rep. Hageman.
So what is the purpose of the rule? Disease traceability or something else?
Rep. Hagemon makes two points about Ireland’s program: “1 ) By early of 2022, Ireland adopted an RFID mandate for their cattle. 2) By August of 2023, Ireland was ordering the slaughter of 41,00 head of cows. Not because of a disease outbreak, but because of Global Warming.”
Anybody who thinks that this isn’t about controlling our food supply and limiting our food supply, and restricting people’s choices in terms of being able to buy and consume meat is not paying attention.
As of May 2024, Sen. Mike Rounds also introduced a bill to prevent the mandatory use of EID in cattle.
South Dakota cattle producers don’t need DC bureaucrats telling them how to manage and track their livestock.— Sen. Mike Rounds, (R-S.D., May 8, 2024
First they Digitized the Animals
Questions to Ponder:
Why require U.S. producers to have onerous requirements of EID, when foreign countries export animals to the U.S. without the same U.S. standards?
Four major international packers form a monopoly that have captured the USDA to sponsor the RFID rule. Is the meat purchased in the U.S. grown in the U.S?
The rule targets only independent ranchers, not feedlots. Does this type of discrimination force out feedlot competition?
Concentrating livestock in feedlots is the same as urbanizing humans into 15-Minute cities. Are humans next to be herded into a 15-minute open-air, feedlot city?
The price of meat is increasing by federal “climate change” policies that erode local and state economies. This limits the ability to feed ourselves. Are we to go meatless? Eat insects instead?
The rule requires a schedule of vaccines. Without complying with the mandate, animals will not be marketable, and meat will not be sold. Are we ready to eat meat tainted with mRNA? What if the rule-based diseases are vaccine-induced?
Pork and poultry industries have already been vertically integrated into the program. Cattle and bison are next. Are we ready to adopt the “less diversity is more” narrative?
There are still independent cattlemen across the U.S. who provide food security. But not for long. With the mandate, diversity and security would go away. Is it too late to make a difference? Too late to trust a politician?
Ways to Get Involved
While not all ways to become involved are proven to be effective, especially when it comes to bureaucracy in government, Rep. Hageman seeks to defund the EIB bill, rendering is moot. Here are some ways to become activated if you choose:
Can you feel the highest version of yourself and sense supercharged, expansive perceptions?
I posit that’s our natural state of being. Yet we somehow, sometimes find ourselves within a denser, darker energy field, that’s akin to traveling through polluted air.
We may often feel immersed in a discordant atmosphere with disharmonious situations and personalities, and tell ourselves that we didn’t choose this reality – at least not consciously. To compensate, we may periodically seek to burst through that unwanted interference by using any number of unhealthy fixes, to temporarily forget our problems and feel some relief. Perfectly understandable; yet ultimately self-limiting.
By instead training ourselves to feel our feelings, without labeling or judging them, but rather befriending them and activating sacred fire purification, we can gradually free ourselves from patterns of attachment to suffering. If an uncomfortable program shows up again, so what? Bless it. We don’t need to feed it by fighting it: we can rather observe it with curiosity, acknowledge that it’s appearing for a reason, and seek the message or opportunity it’s giving us.
By going deeper into feeling frequencies, we can dissolve and consume whatever impurities may be lingering, and encourage greater intensity of Light to radiate in all directions. We may visualize an inner Sun Presence at our Heart center and enjoy its expanding dominion!
Practice being conscious of fire (living solar Love), air (the purifying power of breath), water (the changing emotional flow), and earth (density in this dimension). Become increasingly aware of how they interrelate, and of how you can maximize your available Life Energy by cultivating informed choices that you activate repeatedly, until the raising process becomes easier and more streamlined.
I wish you liberation from all traces of trauma, as you bask in the fresh freedom of the new now!
“Being unconquerable lies within yourself.” ~Sun Tzu
1.) The secret to happiness is freedom:
“To win true freedom you must be a slave to philosophy.” ~Seneca
You want to be happy? Be free. Free yourself from your false self, your culture, your expectations. As Rumi advised, “Be melting snow. Wash yourself of yourself.”
Surrender yourself to inquiry. Forfeit certainty. Sacrifice answers to questions. Allow fate to drag you kicking and screaming into awe. Give up all hope for a “meaning to it all” and instead create a deeper meaning of your own.
Gain mastery over what you think you know by not allowing your mind to settle. Keep the open-ended question mark ahead of the dead-in-the-water period point. Keep freedom of “I don’t know” ahead of the fetters of “I know,” lest “knowing” become the prison of a comfort zone.
2.) The secret to freedom is courage:
“The secret to happiness is freedom. And the secret to freedom is courage.” ~Thucydides
You want to free yourself from your tiny comfort zone? Keep courage ahead of comfort. A hero must face the dragon of cultural conditioning with the courage to recondition it. Otherwise, he remains a pawn on the chessboard of life. Be a hero over culture rather than a victim to it. Act with courage lest comfort make you complacent.
Self-discipline creates competence. Competence creates confidence. Confidence creates courage. With enough courage you can conquer anything. You can flip any script, turn any table, push any envelope, checkmate any king. You can gain an unconquerable imagination and count coup on the gods.
3.) The secret to courage is curiosity:
“Be a free thinker and don’t accept everything you hear as truth. Be critical and evaluate what you believe in.” ~Aristotle
You want to keep courage foremost in your arsenal? Keep curiosity ahead of certainty.
You are not only fighting your pride, your ego, and your self-importance; you are fighting their symptoms: certainty, blind faith, and dogmatic thinking. To prevent certainty from bringing you to ruin, you must ruin your certainty. You do that with the blurring ninja punch of curiosity.
The ability to observe without believing is the highest form of wisdom. Curiosity about thinking is the cure for believing what you think. As Einstein advised, “The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has its own reason for existing.” And that reason is the suspension of belief.
4.) The secret to curiosity is the suspension of belief:
“The root of suffering is attachment,” ~The Buddha
If the root of suffering is attachment, then the root of attachment is belief. Suspend belief. When you suspend your beliefs, you suspend your religious-political-scientific sycophancy long enough to see the big picture. You get power over the power that your beliefs have over you.
In short: you get out of your own way long enough to realize that the propaganda machine of your brain and the political claptrap clapping back and forth is nothing more than a culturally conditioned song and dance.
When you suspend belief, you transcend attachment. You attain a fearless state of nonattachment, where you finally see how everything is attached to everything else.
5.) The secret to the suspension of belief is getting ahead of fear:
“Elevate yourself above the battlefield.” ~Robert Greene
The root of belief is fear. Become curious about your fear. Transform it into a whetstone. Use it to sharpen your mettle. Use it to test your soul. Use it to forge a character so antifragile that your fragility shatters against it.
Take the lasso of your comfort zone and toss it around the horizon of your fear. Pull it toward you. Get it behind you where it can push you further rather than ahead of you where it will only hold you back.
Fear is not an obstacle but a doorway. Tear the doors off the Ivory Tower and tell the oracles that they have failed. Ride like lightning, crash like thunder. Live dangerously. Live on purpose, with purpose. As Courage Wolf said, “Climb the highest mountain and punch the face of God.”
6.) The secret of getting ahead of fear is conquering death:
“Set your life on fire. Seek those who fan your flames.” ~Rumi
The root of fear is death. Rebel against despair and nihilism. Become the paradox flashing across the stage, “full of sound and fury, signifying nothing,” but becoming something through the blood-and-bone knowledge of your existential fury, your unblinking ability to “rage, rage against the dying of the light.”
Such rebellion unburies God. It reignites the Phoenix. It lights up the dark. It shines a blacklight into the blinding light of culture. It reveals the primordial truth: energy cannot be destroyed only transformed.
Your spirituality becomes a firebrand so red-hot that the outflanking universe has no choice but to take it right on the flank—seared and sealed, and put on notice that you’re not just a speck in the universe, you are the entire universe in a speck.
7.) The secret to conquering death is a good sense of humor:
“If you can laugh in the face of adversity, you’re bulletproof.” ~Ricky Gervais
You are going to die. Rescue isn’t coming. No God is coming to save you from your sins. No so-called authority is coming to bail you out. No hero is coming to liberate you from taking responsibility for your own freedom.
The only rescue is a good sense of humor. The only God is laughter. The only hero is wit. When humor is God, all false gods die. When humor is the only authority, all seriousness dies. Boundaries dissolve. Placation and sentimentality are laid to rest. Horizons manifest. You are finally free to laugh, to play, to be fully alive.
In the throes of good humor, death shrinks into a null set, a nothingness, a moot point. It becomes merely something to weigh your lightheartedness against. A laughable inevitability. A pitiful parenthesis. A petty destination that the “journey being the thing” scoffs and finally conquers.
As Marcus Aurelius said, “Death smiles at us all; all we can do is smile back.”

Just months after the pharma giant admitted the drug could cause “rare,” but life-threatening, injuries, AstraZeneca’s Covid vaccine – once heralded as a ‘triumph for science,’ is being withdrawn.
AstraZeneca’s Covid vaccine, once heralded as a triumph for British science, is being withdrawn from worldwide markets.
…for a very rare complication that causes blood clots and low blood platelet counts.
It has been linked to 81 deaths in the UK as well as hundreds of serious injuries.
According to media reports, the Anglo-Swedish drug-maker admitted last month in court documents that it possesses evidence from testing showing that their vaccine causes side effects including blood clots and low blood platelet counts.
UK vaccine damage claimants have only three years from the date of injury or death to make a claim against AstraZeneca, and their time is running out.
Data compiled from multiple sources and presented in the May 2nd, 2024 Drbeen Medical Lectures on YouTube post, “AstraZeneca Admits Their COVID Vaccine Can Cause Clotting,” indicates that AstraZenica knew of problems with their vaccine as long ago as March 2021, but did nothing.
As outlined in the May 7th, 2024 The Telegraph post, “AstraZeneca withdrawing Covid vaccine worldwide,“ the application to withdraw the vaccine in the European Union was made quietly on March 5th, 2024 and came into effect on Tuesday, May 7th.
AstraZenica insists they are withdrawing the vaccine for commercial reasons and their perspective is receiving a generally favorable reaction from a legacy media deeply invested in the vaccine narrative.
But the real story is widely available for those who’d like to do a little digging, either from the UK, which developed the vaccine, or from India which manufactured the vaccine at the Serum Institute of India.
Back in the UK and as outlined in the Daily Mail post:
Fifty-one families are currently pursuing legal action against the pharmaceutical titan, arguing its ‘defective’ jab was to blame for their injuries and the deaths of loved ones.
However, lawyers argue we may never know the true number of people laid low by the rare but devastating TTS complication.
Of course, the people pursuing legal action against AstraZeneca are unlikely to win their cases.
They were told their claim was unlikely to succeed because a leaflet, handed out at (UK) vaccination centres, warned of “extremely rare cases of blood clots with low levels of platelets” after vaccination with the AstraZeneca shot.
It is believed the warning, issued on April 7, 2021, could protect AstraZeneca from cases in which relatives died after receiving vaccines beyond that date.
A dozen families have now dropped out of the legal action as a result.
But more than 50 of relatives of people who received the vaccine before the warning was added are continuing with the lawsuit.
Here’s hoping those relatives “who received the vaccine before the warning was added,” receive just compensation for their loss.
Here’s hoping the none of the vaccine injured in the UK were forced to take the AstraZeneca shot in order to maintain their employment.
Here’s hoping.
(Is) Japan (Going) To Ban mRNA?
As Turbo Cancers Among Vaxxed Skyrocket
May 8, 2024
Turbo cancers are exploding among the vaccinated according to Japan’s leading oncologist who has slammed the mainstream media and Big Pharma in the West for covering up the extent of the medical crisis engulfing the world.
Prof. Emeritus Dr. Masanori Fukushima was ordered by the Japanese government to investigate why excess deaths skyrocketed in Japan in recent years.
His findings were conclusive: mRNA has destroyed immune systems and opened a Pandora’s box of autoimmune diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, and infections.
The Professor has a dire warning for those in the West – do not listen to mainstream media and Big Pharma as they are not engaged in science, but rather a eugenics experiment, and they have proven themselves to be enemies of the people.
Excess deaths in Japan soared by an enormous 400% since Pfizer’s third dose “booster shot” was rolled out in 2021, according to the data.
Excess deaths were approximately four times the number of those in the years 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021.
While the US and European governments chose to turn a blind eye to similar statistics in their countries, these numbers rocked the establishment in Japan.
Official investigations were launched and lawsuits were readied.
Meet Prof. Fukushima, the most senior oncologist in Japan, who is staggered and appalled at the way the mainstream media and medical industry in the West are conspiring to cover up the explosion of turbo cancer caused by mRNA.
Japanese scientists and researchers have been at the forefront of investigating the Covid pandemic from outside the control of Big Pharma.
The findings of their studies have pulled the rug on the globalists who are determined to continue deceiving the masses.
Unlike in the US and Europe where Big Pharma rules supreme, Japan does not kowtow to the global pharmaceutical cartels.
Advertising vaccines on TV is illegal. Japan is one of the most developed countries in the world and yet the people remain interested in traditional medicine and natural cures.
Why? Ask a Japanese person and they will tell you its simple. Traditional and nature cures work.
They understand that the Rockefeller dynasty corrupted the US medical industry, hijacking and monopolizing the business until it resembled a Mexican drug cartel pushing poison on the population.
So when the Covid vaccines started causing carnage in the health of the Japanese population, the government did what every government should have done if they were not controlled by Big Pharma and the global elite.
They began to investigate the cause of these sudden deaths and health problems.
And, lo and behold, they found that the cause of the carnage was the vaccines.
Most interesting of all, Prof. Fukushima’s findings regarding turbo cancer match exactly the conclusions drawn by Dr. Peter McCullough who sounded the alarm about three mechanisms by which Covid vaccines can start a new cancer or fast-track an existing tumor.
Dr. McCullough is at the forefront of the investigations in the US into excess deaths and turbo cancer caused by the Covid mRNA vaccine rollout.
While the Japanese have acknowledged the explosion in cancer and confirmed that mRNA is the cause, here in the West we are still battling against the Big Pharma cartel and their grip on the mainstream media.
It’s a completely ridiculous state of affairs, but the officials and the media are still denying turbo cancer exists.
They are asking us to disbelieve what we can see with our own eyes.
That’s why it is so important to listen to Dr. McCullough’s concise explanation of vaccine-induced turbo cancer and educate anybody who has yet to wake up to the truth.
Turbo cancer is another case of yesterday’s conspiracy theories becoming today’s facts.
The Japanese have confirmed what we knew all along. COVID criminals Biden, Fauci and Gates were sharing medical misinformation with us.
Unfortunately for those who submitted to the jabs, the time of severe illness and death has only just begun.
Professor Dr. Dolores Cahill at University College Dublin’s School of Medicine warns that vaccinated people have at best three to five years of life remaining.
Dr. Cahill does not only think the shots are dangerous, she warns they will eventually claim the lives of everybody who has received one or more doses.
During an interview, Cahill described the jabs as a ticking time bomb in the body of every vaccinated person.
Despite what the mainstream media would like you to believe, Dr. Cahill is not the only leading expert to issue this warning.
As the People’s Voice reported in April, one of the world’s leading virologists has warned the public that a “massive, massive tsunami” of “chaos and death” is about to decimate the global mRNA-vaccinated population.
If there was ever a virologist we should listen to, it’s Dr. Bossche, whose CV includes roles as a senior officer in the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and senior program manager for the Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (or GAVI).
Now, however, he is determined to blow the whistle on the agenda driving the globalist organizations to perpetrate crimes against humanity.
Dr. Bossche mentions the building of a new world. It’s almost as if that was the plan of the global elite all along.
Unfortunately for the vaccinated, they placed their trust in the criminal COVID cartel, and failed to heed the warnings of those who had humanity’s interests at heart.
At the start of the pandemic, Dr. Luc Montagnier, the winner of the Nobel Prize for Medicine, slammed the mass vaccination program undertaken by world governments and said the future of the human race now depends on the unvaccinated.
Besides being, as the classic playground song informs us, a musical fruit, beans are also a great source of protein. One cup of black beans will provide a nice 15g hit of protein, and they are also super versatile in their use in a whole host of recipes. They are also pretty no-fuss and easy to grow at home in your garden. Know that black bean seeds do best when the earth is warm, so be patient and don’t plant them too early in the season. Wait until after your region’s last frost date. Also, the plants will generally lose when it comes to black bean plants vs weeds. So, make weeding a priority.
Consider Lentils in Your Garden
At almost 18g of protein per cup of boiled lentils, these legumes are another great option to incorporate into your diet. You might not have considered growing lentils in your garden before, but you definitely should. There are a few things to remember, but they are a relatively easy crop to grow. They can thrive in a variety of soils, and they grow quickly. The plants are relatively small, though, so it’s recommended to plant a bunch of them to get a solid yield of lentils for the family.
Quinoa is an Option for the Home Garden!
Ya, this one surprised me, too. Not sure why, but I never considered quinoa something a home gardener could take on in North America. Well, it turns out we can – as long as we live in a region with cool nights and day temps that aren’t regularly topping 32°C. The hardest part about growing quinoa is harvesting the seeds, isolating them, and cleaning them properlyto remove the saponins (which, if consumed in large quantities, can be toxic). But do all that, and you’ve got yourself a little over 8 grams of protein per cooked cup.
Chia: An Easy Protein to Grow
Talk about easy. Growing chia is so easy that millions of people have grown pets out of them since the 80s. However, while the seeds used for Chia Pets are real chia seeds, they aren’t handled with high food-grade standards, so I wouldn’t recommend eating the fur of your Chia pet dog. But I recommend eating chia – this superfood has numerous nutritional benefits and almost 5 grams of protein per ounce. And yes, you can even grow a chia plant from chia seeds you buy at the grocery store.
Brussels Sprouts Do Well During the Cold Months
The 10-year-old version of ourselves could probably think of only a few things worse than growing our own Brussels sprouts. However, as adults who have mastered the art of roasting veggies in the oven, many of us have come to quite like and appreciate these little balls of green goodness (and if you aren’t off meat completely, roasting them with some bacon is the kind of thing that (when done well) might change your life). They are also an excellent addition to your garden real estate as they do well in those cold winter months when many other garden residents will be down for the count.
One of the bigger stories this week was a rise in enforcement actions against cannabis consumers on the road in Saskatchewan.
CBC ran an in-depth piece, noting that the number of Saskatchewan drivers caught behind the wheel with THC in their system was 20 times higher last year than in 2019, according to Saskatchewan Government Insurance (SGI).
Global News looked into the difficulty in accurately distinguishing between detection of cannabinoids and actual impairment, and the questionable accuracy of equipment like Draeger’s DrugTest 5000.
In related news, a PEI man found by police behind the wheel of a parked running vehicle and listening to the radio while more than four times over the legal cannabis limit has received a jail sentence.
CBC also looked at a recycling program for cannabis packaging in Ontario started by the owner of the cannabis store Green Light District in Windsor. The article also speaks with an employee at another cannabis shop who launched a petition calling on the OCS and AGCO to adopt a sustainable packaging and container return program.
In the US, the AP reports that New York’s legal cannabis market has been hampered by inexperienced leaders who treated the state licensing agency like a “mission-driven” startup rather than a government office, according to an internal review released Friday.
New York’s Cannabis Director has been asked to step down as the Governor orders an overhaul of the state’s cannabis program.
A woman who arrived at Dublin airport from Canada with more than 12.5 kilos of cannabis in her suitcase has been jailed for four years. The 26-year-old was homeless in Toronto at the time of the offence in September and agreed to fly to Ireland with the cannabis in exchange for a payment of €3,000 (about $4,400 Canadian), a Dublin court heard.
Several unlicensed cannabis stores in Comox, BC faced enforcement action by members of the province’s Community Safety Unit (CSU) on May 9.
The raid is the second in the community this year, the first taking place in February. Stores had products, cash, and equipment seized before quickly re-opening. The enforcement action included a presence from the BC RCMP.
In an open letter posted May 9, the elected Chief and Council of the K’ómoks First Nation say they are disappointed by the CSU’s actions and the provincial government.
“The Province and RCMP’s actions are challenging, as they are not allowing the time for our community to work through the process needed to find a path forward on cannabis that makes sense for our Nation. We are frustrated that the Province and RCMP are prioritizing these enforcement actions when we know we have other significant community safety issues they are not supporting us with, like trespass, criminal activities, and animal control on our Lands.”
Chief and council also question why their community is facing repeated enforcement while other communities appear to go untouched. They say they are working with another First Nations-owned cannabis retail chain, Unity Cannabis, which operates a handful of provincially licensed stores in BC, on identifying a path forward.
“In addition, it seems the Province is applying enforcement against unregulated cannabis shops inconsistently across BC. It seems like K’omoks is being unfairly targeted, bearing a higher burden than other Nations, and that’s not right.”
The province’s actions like today’s create a bigger divide in our community and do not allow us the space and time to work through this process without provocation.
“We continue to work with Unity Cannabis to identify and flesh out meaningful options for our community to move forward, rooted in input and feedback from our members. We are also committed to working with shop owners. We will continue to voice our concerns with the Province and advocate for our Nation. Unfortunately, there is no quick fix to this situation, and the process takes time.”
A representative from Unity was not immediately available for comment.
This is a shift from council’s statements following the raid in February, which remained more neutral and referred to provincial jurisdiction when it comes to retail cannabis licensing.
Rob Laurie, a lawyer who represents one of the cannabis stores facing such enforcement actions, The Buddery, says he’s not seen anything in the form of penalties from the previous raids.
“They still haven’t done anything from the first raids in February, but they did indicate that if they have to come back again, they’ll serve warrants.”
“For whatever reason,” continues Laurie, “they are just not taking the same degree of enforcement against the Indigenous operators as they would against non-Indigenous. And I think that’s similar to the test cases with dispensaries in the City of Vancouver, they’re taking a cautious approach because what if they’re wrong? What if the courts agree with the Indigenous community, not the government.”
The province has shared a similar perspective on the subject.
Although the BC Government has long taken the position that BC’s Cannabis Act is a “law of general application” that applies to all of British Columbia, including First Nations’ land, the province’s Minister of Public Safety and Solicitor General Mike Farnworth has said in the past that there is a concern that this interpretation could be “tested” by actions such as enforcement that could be interpreted differently by the courts.
There are three unlicensed cannabis stores operating within K’ómoks First Nation. One of those stores, The Buddery, was again open for business on May 10, a day after the enforcement action. The other two stores did not answer their phones.
Organigram has recalled one lot of its dried cannabis sold in Ontario due to a labelling error.
The products, Big Bag o Buds CombOz GMO Cookies + Ultra Sour dried cannabis, were recalled due to the label showing a lower total THC level than was present in the cannabis.
The 28 gram SKUs (two 14 gram units) were labelled as having total THC of 209 mg/g (20.9%), while the actual total was 271 mg/g (27.1%).
There were 138 units of recalled products sold from April 28, 2024 to May 9, 2024, lot number 11304240425.
Health Canada reminds consumers that they can contact the store where they purchased the cannabis if they wish to return it.
Any health or safety complaints related to the use of this cannabis product or any other cannabis product can be made by filling out Health Canada’s online complaint form. Labelling errors are the most common reason for cannabis product recalls in Canada, and the process can be costly for producers. There have been five recalls listed by Health Canada for cannabis products so far in 2024.
There is so much going on now in the world that is all competing for our attention. Everywhere you look, someone is trying to grab your attention. Whether in advertising, the “news”, or just in relationships with friends and family. Artists, musicians, writers, teachers, all trying to get our attention to hear or see their latest offering. Attention Deficit Disorder is a big thing now. It’s safe to say we are in a crisis of attention. Attention has become a real issue, and a very precious commodity. We seem to have the sense that if we can’t get people’s attention we won’t survive. I guess presumably we have the idea that if we can get people to “pay attention”, then maybe we will get them to pay money for whatever it is we are trying to sell. And the very idea of “paying” attention, in itself, is worth investigating. As is the whole notion of “working for a living”, paying to exist, so to speak.
The dance goes on and on. And finally it begins to feel like an all-out assault. Everywhere you go, there’s someone trying to sell you something, whether it is a product, or just their personality (ego). But we never stop and try to understand what attention is. Why do we perceive it to be such an important commodity? Where does it originate? How does it work? Why are we so much more focused on “getting” the attention of others, rather than taking responsibility for our own? It’s almost as if the only way we know we really exist is through the attention of others. It is like checking in the mirror, to make sure you are still there, rather than knowing directly.
Let’s begin to take responsibility for our attention. Let’s sit quietly and inquire into the phenomenon of attention.
I found some very important instruction in the process called Atma Nadi Yoga, which was taught and transmitted by the American master Adi Da Samraj. I had the good fortune a spend some time in person with him, and through that relationship i found the instruction awakening in my being by demonstration. That is, the process started happening naturally, just as a result of being in his company for a while. This is how transmission of instruction works. The Amrita Nadi was originally mentioned in a few places in texts from Indian sages as well, the most notable of those being Sri Ramana Maharshi. Please bear in mind that these great masters have elaborated much more detailed descriptions of the process, and that i am writing about it to the best of my ability from my own understanding, as it has been manifesting in my life.
If we trace attention back to its source, we will see that it arises in the heart, not the head. And specifically, it arises in the right side of the heart, just a little to the right of the breastbone. The teachings refer to this as Hridayam, the spiritual heart. The corresponding point in the physical heart is the sino-atrial node, where the electrical impulse for the heartbeat originates. But don’t take my word for it, experiment for yourself, see if this is true for you. My experience, if you could call it an experience, is that the the five senses all originate in this place in the heart, which by the way, is NOT the heart chakra.
from Ramana Maharshi: “1. “That the physical heart is on the left it cannot be denied. But the heart of which I speak is not physical and is only on the right side. It is my experience, no authority is required by me. Still you can find confirmation of it in a Malayali Ayurvedic book and in Sita Upanishad.”
Note: This is an authoritative statement on Bhagavan’s own experience, which in its practical aspect is of no help to the meditator. The locus of the Heart, whether to the right or to the left, need not worry us, because when one is in it, that is, in samadhi, not only the chest but the body and the whole world disappear. When dhyana matures, the Heart automatically reveals itself without any special effort to seek its corresponding place in the physical body.
Many people don’t notice it right away, in fact most don’t notice it at all. Perhaps this is because it is not something that can be the focus of attention, so it cannot be “perceived” as such, in the way we are accustomed to knowing something. It cannot be known in that way. So if you are still in the seeking game, it will elude you completely. You have to have arrived at the understanding that seeking is suffering, and is not the Way. Bliss and eternity cannot be the goal of a search. Because eternity is what we are already.
The process of Atma Nadi Yoga involves, quite simply, allowing attention to fall back into its source at the right side of the heart, and and then transcending attention altogether. Then you will see, that indeed, attention is A TENSION. It is the root sense of self contraction that arises at the heart, and like a knot, it turns pure infinite directionless consciousness into having a quality of being more like a searchlight, a focused beam. Like taking the water of a lake and forcing it through a hose. Then it has direction and distance, i.e. time and space. The more you explore the mechanism of attention, the more you will see that it is really by this process that we are bound into the 3D time space “reality”. In fact, each of us creates the 3D reality in precisely this way. We are bound into “the matrix” by attention…by a tension, unless and until we become masters of attention. It is not that we cannot use it, but we mustn’t be fixated or bound by it.
The process of relinquishing attention into source consciousness IS the process of surrender. It IS the process of the drop dissolving into the ocean. It is the process of the dissolution of the sense of separation, and until this process is complete within us, we will continue feeling a sense of alienation on some level, however subtle and subliminal, which brings all its baggage in, loneliness, fear, craving, seeking. Attention is always “outer” directed, but what we don’t notice, is that the sense of “outer vs. inner” is actually created moment to moment, by attention itself. That is why seeking is suffering. The search in the seeming outer world (or the seeming inner world as well) always reinforces the sense of separation and contraction, even when the desired goal is attained. The process is so engrained that a new object to desire or fear will immediately be created, and the process will begin all over again.
This is the psychology behind the terrorist theater that we are constantly being subjected to. Always have the elusive boogeyman out there to be afraid of, and our attention will be fascinated by and fastened into the 3D matrix, and we remain divorced from our true power as real-time here-now Divinity itself. So we are prisoners, and the chains are our attention. We are the jailer ourselves. And our friends and the people we associate with also help reinforce our imprisonment. This is why choosing friends carefully becomes more and more important in the process of liberation.
The good news is that, we have the key to the jail cell. And it is hidden in our attention. We have to learn the knack of retrieving our attention from where it is fixated, taking responsibility for it, and relinquishing it back to Source. Then we are instantly free again, here now, wherever we are. Then there is no more tension, no more sense of separation. We ARE the Source consciousness itself, and it is in this “asana” where true creativity begins. BE Consciousness, and all creation arises spontaneously.
So, when sitting quietly, just become aware of the movement of attention, whether inside or outside, and gently bring it back to its root at the eternal heart. Allow it to fall back, No need to DO anything. Simply let it go. As you relax into the present, and become more and more present and aware, you will find that attention slowly relaxes and falls back into the heart. The point at the right side of the heart is like a well into Infinity. SImply rest and release attention there.
Do not invert it, however, don’t start “paying” attention to that point in the heart. That would be like trying to see your eyeballs. It’s impossible. That strategy from the 3D time-space paradigm will not work in this process. In fact, it is the exact opposite of what is needed. Simply witness the entire body mind and the experience it is having, and allow the root contraction of attention to dissolve there, at the heart-root. This is doorway to Self. You will find that as you get the knack of it, a current of bliss starts to arise there, or perhaps better said, you begin to become aware of the bliss that is always arising there. This is the Amrita Nadi, or Atma Nadi (the Nerve of Bliss/Immortality). Bliss has a natural grace to it, like a kind of gravity that pulls upwards. But it will only happen when you have released all seeking for it. It arises in the complete cessation of activity, when the “doer” ceases to exist.
The bliss then rises up through and beyond the head and beyond the crown to Infinity. When it happens, it is obvious, undeniable. It is as obvious as the sun, rising in the morning and moving to high overhead at noon. The mind is simply outshone. No more need to try and stop the mind, it simply becomes irrelevant. This gives a completely new meaning to the rising of kundalini. There is no effort in it whatsoever. In fact it only happens when all effort stops. The bliss current naturally activates the crown, but it is a different crown than the crown chakra. It is above the top of the head, and in fact, is not in the realm of time and space at all. This current becomes almost like the filament in a lightbulb. As it heats up, it glows, more and more, until it becomes spherical, centerless and boundless, like a transcendental Sun, illuminating and dissolving heart, head, and eventually the whole body, from the eternal beyond, which is even more here and now than the present moment.
So Amrita Nadi lifts us out of the wheel of karma, time, death and birth. All these things are embodied in the chakra system, the wheel of time, which goes down the front of the body and up the spine. Efforts in this system are all involved with some movement of attention, some kind of seeking, trying to get somewhere, high or low. The transcendental kundalini of Amrita Nadi is of a completely different flavor. It can produce many effects and processes in the traditional chakra system, but only as a side effect, a kind of purification that naturally happens when the body is suffused by the transcendental Organic Light (to use a term coined by the Gnostic scholar John Lash). This is the “unbroken” Light, which does not have any opposite darkness, because it exists only in the non-dual domain of the acausal Divine. All the light we see in this world is set over against shadows, and depends on being reflected on a surface to be seen. The Organic Light is self-existing, without opposite, and remains uncreated, and so, indestructible.
The Divine is not the “creator” God. Consider this for a moment. The God that ‘creates’ something would have to live in the world of cause and effect, or duality. How could it be otherwise? And if that is the case, then this creator God would not be the Ultimate, would it? All that we see is not created, it arises spontaneously in our perception, as a result of our attention, which really is just a tension. Release this tension, and the illusion of this world will fall away. Not that it will cease to exist, but it will regain its luminosity (not that it ever lost it) , and cease to have any binding power. The “creator” God that we have been conditioned to pray to, and give our energy/attention to, is an impostor, whose purpose is to keep us bound through our attention, in the time/space prison, and enslaved to his purposes. I believe we should be questioning very carefully what and who we mean when we use the word “God”. People presume that we’re all talking about the same thing, but do we know that for sure?
We have become so used to this process of attention, though, that it has become like a cramped muscle, very difficult to release on our own. This cramped muscle is ego. It will take some very precise inquiry into how attention functions, before it will begin to release. But it is also such a simple process, that if you are ready, (the big “if”) simply having it demonstrated, in silence, by someone who is embodying it will be enough for the process to begin. Remember, it is effortless, so nothing can be “done” about it. All that is needed is merely witnessing, without any judgement or wishing it to change. Just sense your totality, reflect on it as if in a mirror. This is the key to transformation.
Please bear in mind that this is my humble attempt to describe something that is really indescribable. Words exist in a context of duality. At some point we are reduced to simply sharing silence. But i write this, just in case it may spark something for you. My description pales in comparison with the instruction of the sages on the matter. Also, the process has a beginning, but no ending. At some point you cross the threshold, the point of no return, but from then on, the journey is an infinite unfolding.
I have created an album of music for deep meditation, made specifically for the contemplation of amrita nadi. it can be found at the following link: https://kitwalker.bandcamp.com/album/amrita-nadi
