FDA Modernization Act 2.0 & The Avatar

In the Covidian Era, science has moved on to a digital upgrade of itself called Scientism, the religion of science, where science is god, and part of a new global Technocracy.

“Technocracy is the science of social engineering,” says Patrick Wood, author of Technocracy Rising.

image51581 from Pixabay” width=”326″ height=”217″>

Social engineering used to mean molding the minds of people to conform to new norms. This goes back to 1928, Ed Bernays, and his book Propaganda.  However, in a Technocracy, not only minds, but bodies, too, can be molded. If you did not get the memo, Technocracy has brought humanity from Human to Posthuman and Transhuman.

In the 2022 Journal Global Trends, Russian scientists describe the difference between Posthuman and Transhuman:

The fundamental idea of posthumanism is the rejection of biological, ethical, and ontological anthropocentrism. Transhumanism focuses on changing and improving natural human characteristics through biological, technological, and cognitive modifications…Transhumanism has the potential to preserve man as an effective economic and cognizing agent.

In other words, man as an “economic agent” refers to the cybernetic human as a commodity in a modern world. This means the laws of the nations need to change to catch up.

The U.S. FDA is meeting that goal for change with its FDA Modernization Act 2.0.  What is the FDA Modernization Act 2.0?

The new law amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act by authorizing sponsors of novel drugs to make use of “certain alternatives to animal testing, including cell-based assays and computer models, to obtain an exemption from the Food and Drug Administration to investigate the safety and effectiveness of a drug.

It is the FDA giving itself permission to transition from testing animal models to directly testing humans.

In the 2023 Journal of Clinical Investigation, authors cite a long list of excuses to change research models:

  1. cost
  2. low approval rates in clinical trials
  3. lack of efficacy in trail outcomes
  4. high rate of failure in therapeutics
  5. species differences between animals and humans

After decades of extrapolating animal studies to humans, suddenly animals are no longer scientifically valid. Does this transition make obsolete more than a century of animal-based research? In one sense, such a transition is long-awaited and frees innocent animals from needless torture. In another sense, it moves the mark to a new target.

Scientists now claim humans are diverse, and therefore require different models.  They propose, “human cell-based models that more accurately reflect the diversity of human genetics may guide the development of treatments that are more reliable and successful in real-world applications.”

In Scientism, humans are considered commodities.  Some Transhumanists propose transferring consciousness to a machine to create a brain-machine interface. The Russian Posthuman authors propose that consciousness may be a feature exclusive to humans. They appear not to know for sure. They state:

Accordingly, it is still possible that there is a fundamental difference between man and other objects of the world.

The new strategy is one of large-scale experiments using pooled cell lines or “cell villages” and bar codes, i.e., human commodities will receive a digital ID. With human-like neural computing, soon humanoid robots will replace humans in the workplace.  The United Nations calls this Biodigital Convergence as part of its Sustainable Goals for Smart™ cities by 2030. CeNSE is the Central Nervous System for the Earth. Networks within networks.

Personalized Medicine & Precision Public Health

Digital IDs reflect a digital avatar in Precision Healthcare. “Precision Healthcare” refers to a remote medical model of healthcare. According to a 2021 study in the Journal of Personalized Medicine:

A digital twin is a virtual model of a physical entity, with dynamic, bi-directional links between the physical entity and its corresponding twin in the digital domain.

In March 2024, Dept. of Defense (DoD) officials testified on its own priorities before the House Armed Services Subcommittee. The digital ID is a natural progression from the trend toward non-binary humans who do not identify with a specific gender.  This makes the transition, from human to digital Posthuman, effortless. All humans with a digital ID belong to an A.I., industrial (not biological) system—Transhumanism.

The rapid development of technology—in particular, artificial intelligence—accelerates the processes of industrial automation. This, in turn, raises the question of the role of man in the economy of the future: if artificial systems can more effectively perform the functions of man, then what place will man, as a potentially inefficient economic agent, take in the economy?

imageGerd Altmann from Pixabay” width=”356″ height=”237″>

Studying humans in large-scale experiments has already happened. The deployment of COVID EUA medical countermeasures (MCMs), sometimes referred to as vaccines, was tested during the COVID pandemic. However, unlike vaccines, which are FDA-approved, MCMs are not. According to the CDC, MCMs include: biological products, drugs, and devices.

Be aware that MCMs are already recognized in many Federal Acts, including the 21st Century Cures Act, the Medical Countermeasures Surge Capacity Act of 2022, The Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act), The Prioritizing Medical Countermeasures for National Security Act of 2023.

Testing humans in Real Time, as a digital Avatar, puts the Tele in Telehealth. It is a strategy of “emergent technology,” even though emergent technology, such as TeleMedicine, is already 10 years old.  Further, this technology prevents the need for long-term genotoxicological and carcino-toxicological vaccine studies. Any adverse events (AEs) can be released later. Or not.

For example, post-COVID, drugmaker Pfizer was court-ordered to release safety data for its BioNTech EUA ‘vaccine.’ In its first data dump of February 2021, 1300 adverse events were listed among 42,000 serious case reports. With results such as these, the dial from health to disease is turned up, as disease becomes the new normal.

Without defining, ‘modernization 2.o,’ in human terms, science and government have paved the way for a new religion in a Posthuman synthetic, digital world. To maintain the inner human is to be aware of Technocracy, and turn toward the Natural world, and the heart center.

Manitoba NDP table bill to repeal ban on growing cannabis at home

Manitoba NDP table bill to repeal ban on growing cannabis at home

In an announcement in the House today, Matt Wiebe, Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Manitoba, announced the provincial government would be lifting the province’s ban on people growing cannabis at home.

Bill 34, The Liquor, Gaming and Cannabis Control Amendment Act, was tabled today. It proposed to repeal the province’s ban, allowing them to grow up to four plants per household, per federal regulations.

The Manitoba NDP, led by leader and now-premier Wab Kinew, formed a majority government in an election in October 2023, defeating the Progressive Conservative government in power since 2016.

Then-Premier Brian Pallister said at the time that banning the home cultivation of cannabis would protect children and undermine the illicit market. Quebec and Manitoba were the only provinces to challenge that authority, banning home growing entirely, as did the Territory of Nunavut.

While Quebec’s rules implement fines for those found growing cannabis, Manitoba’s ban creates criminal penalties and a $2,542 fine for growing non-medical cannabis in a residence in Manitoba

Quebec’s ban on growing cannabis at home was challenged in the courts, making its way to the Supreme Court, which upheld the province’s right to do so.

In 2023, a Manitoba court also ruled that the province’s ban on growing cannabis at home could stay in place after facing a similar challenge. The organization that challenged the law recently filed another appeal in March 2024.

The Manitoba law has been challenged in court by resident Jesse Lavoie, who argued the provincial ban was unconstitutional and an overreach of provincial authority.

“We are incredibly pleased with the Manitoba NDP’s decision to bring our laws into alignment with the Cannabis Act and the rest of the country,” Lavoie told StratCann. “It’s been a long journey for TobaGrown to reach this point, and we couldn’t have done it without the support of the Manitoba cannabis community. As soon as these changes become law we will be notifying the Courts that we are dismissing our lawsuit. Thank you, Premier Kinew and Manitoba NDP.”

New research has discovered that individuals who use CBD for crack-use disorder may have fewer adverse health events as well as better health outcomes. This is in comparison to patients who were on conventional treatments.

For their study, the researchers conducted a double-blind, randomized, controlled trial where they compared CBD to clonazepam, valproic acid and fluoxetine, which are commonly used to treat crack use disorder. Study participants were 18 to 65 years of age and had either used crack at least 20 times in the last month, used it regularly for the last 12 months, or had an intention or desire to treat their use disorder.

The researchers stated that no considerable differences in reduced crack use were noted between the CBD and control groups. This, they explained, indicated that the treatments were similarly effective. However, they observed that the side effects presented in the CBD group were far gentler than those observed in individuals who were on pharmaceutical therapies. Additionally, the researchers observed no differences between both groups with regard to self-reported crack cravings.

Participants who received CBD treatment also had fewer episodes of constipation, diarrhea, dizziness, nausea, low concentration, ataxia, nasal congestion and memory impairment. The researchers noted that fewer side effects from CBD meant that participants were more likely to continue their treatment. They explained that side effects from conventional treatments were so uncomfortable that they contributed to poor adherence to treatment of individuals with crack use disorder.

A total of 25 individuals completed the study, 10 of whom were in the control group. In their conclusion, the researchers stated that CBD was a tolerable and safe product that alleviated the primary symptoms reported by participants, which included challenges reducing use of crack, lack of appetite and poor health.

The researchers involved in the new study represent official and academic institutions in Brazil, including the Federal University of São Paulo, the Federal District’s secretary of health and forensic institute, and a range of departments at the University of Brasília.

For future studies, the researchers plan to increase their sample sizes in similar trials and also screen and monitor participants more rigorously. This is after 90 of the individuals who were eligible for this trial failed to conclude the full protocol. Additionally, they plan to improve emotional regulation, reduce environmental factors as well as stress and use other cannabinoid options. The research’s findings were reported in the “International Journal of Mental Health and Addiction.

Cannabis companies, such as Cronos Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CRON) (TSX: CRON), have an opportunity to explore this therapeutic potential of CBD further and assess whether it would be viable to develop products targeting this market segment.

Zoned Properties Inc. (ZDPY) Advancing Initiatives Through the Cannabis Sector

image
  • The cannabis industry supports communities through job creation, tax revenue generation, social equity programs, and community outreach initiatives
  • ZDPY focuses on seizing direct-to-consumer real estate opportunities in the regulated cannabis market while enabling businesses to support the communities where they operate
  • ZDPY’s portfolio includes properties leased to licensed cannabis operators in Arizona, Illinois, and Michigan with 100% occupancy and a weighted average lease term of 10+ years
  • ZDPY anticipates more than $2.5 million from its property investment portfolio in 2024

The cannabis industry supports the community through job creation, tax revenue generation for essential services, social equity programs, philanthropic efforts, and community outreach initiatives. Additionally, it stimulates economic growth by attracting investment and revitalizing properties, ultimately contributing to community development and enhanced infrastructure.

Zoned Properties (OTCQB: ZDPY), a technology-driven property investment company, focuses on acquiring direct-to-consumer real estate opportunities in the regulated cannabis market while enabling businesses to support the communities they serve.

By investing in cannabis real estate projects and operating commercial properties leased to licensed cannabis operators, ZDPY indirectly contributes to job creation in its target areas. Further, ZDPY’s real estate development projects potentially lead to the revitalization of underutilized properties and the enhancement of local neighborhoods. By transforming properties to meet the needs of cannabis businesses, ZDPY potentially contributes to the overall improvement of community infrastructure and aesthetics.

ZDPY’s portfolio includes properties leased to licensed cannabis operators in Arizona, Illinois, and Michigan. Each project has 100% occupancy and a weighted average lease term of 10+ years, leading to estimates of more than $2.5 million in revenue for 2024.

Michigan has emerged as an example where the cannabis industry has made significant strides in community revitalization efforts. In 2023, the sector generated $87.1 million in excise tax revenue, leading to tangible improvements in public infrastructure (https://cnw.fm/ffXg6).

Municipalities are leveraging these funds for street enhancements and park rejuvenation projects, fueled by licensing fees that reflect the industry’s growth. “This period marks an unparalleled level of street advancement in half a century,” said Mike Burns, City Manager at Lowell, Michigan. With foliage not the only thing going green, the cannabis excise tax is hailed as a key contributor to this urban metamorphosis.”

Besides contributing to local infrastructure, many states have also integrated social equity programs within their cannabis regulations to address the historical injustices of the War on Drugs. With a focus on promoting diversity and inclusion, these programs provide support and resources to individuals from communities disproportionately affected by cannabis prohibition.

Social advocates can look forward to more progress as the industry expands. According to MJBizDaily, total sales of medical and recreational cannabis in the United States reached approximately $33.6 billion by year-end 2023 (https://cnw.fm/L8DMZ). Further estimates by the research group reveal that combined retail cannabis sales in the U.S. are poised to surpass $53.5 billion by year-end 2027, leading to unprecedented opportunities for real estate companies like ZDPY.

Based in Arizona, Zoned Properties is led by Chairman and CEO Bryan McLaren, whose expertise in sustainable community and real estate development spearheads the company’s unique strategy. As the cannabis industry continues to grow, ZDPY is strongly positioned to seize real estate prospects within the swiftly expanding retail cannabis market.

Securing the cannabis sector in Canada

Securing the cannabis sector in Canada

Any business must consider safety and security; however, the exact security requirements of those businesses vary greatly depending on the type of business. Cannabis is no different, with the industry having its own security needs as well as security standards, which have been prescribed by regulators and authorities. But what are the intricacies of providing security for the cannabis sector? Grow Opportunity spoke with some experts in the field to find out.

GardaWorld: Guards meets tech

“I think the industry at large is risk-based and that drives a number of levels of security, enhancement protection, target hardening,” says Doug Sales, GardaWorld’s senior director commercial systems sales for Ontario and the West. “In the Greater Toronto Area, where you’ve got a large manufacturing and/or distribution center, just the sheer scale of the building that that would be in, the compliance with the prescribed    security requirements makes it a little bit more of a harder target and a harder solution.”

Sales says that when facilities are in outlying or remote areas, smaller towns or even smaller cities, there is a much lower level of risk perceived. So, while you will still find electronic security systems in those areas, they tend to be less sophisticated. There will still be security cameras and an intrusion system, but there may just be a door strike for access control.

GardaWorld senior director of commercial systems sales for Ontario and West, Doug Sales, says that security targets for the cannabis sector are still fairly stringent, but compliance does seem to be there.

Sales notes therefore that the security needs of the industry will scale – a 300,000 square foot facility will need 100 cameras, while a 400,000 square foot facility would need more. With a mind to both internal and external risks, GardaWorld would provide devices for screening employees, such as metal detectors or x-ray technology. Access control is also crucial.

“You’ve got to be able to audit the people trail so [you can keep track of] people coming through the building,” says Sales. “And then you’ve got your intrusion detection; that’s your burglar system. That is going to be an Underwriters Laboratories of Canada (ULC) rated system, as opposed to a non-ULC – so a higher standard of care for installation and a higher standard of installation.”

In the distribution end of the industry, Sales says that hybrid solutions are common – combining the electronic systems with guarded gates on the perimeter of the facility.

“Garda plays in that space quite well, providing guard and technology to work together,” says Sales. “Some efficiencies there in terms of costs, where you might have cameras looking where traditionally a guard might have been working.”

Overall, Sales emphasizes that the security targets are still very hard in the industry, but compliance does seem to be in place from his experience.

“I haven’t been to every grow op across the country, obviously,” says Sales. “But the ones that I participated in, both in the development and the installation, they’re state-of-the-art solutions.”

A Health Canada rule change

An important update to note is that Health Canada has reduced the physical security and visual element requirements that applicants or licence holders must meet. As of Jan. 23, 2024, applicants need no longer submit photos of the site perimeter, the exterior of the buildings, changed areas, close-up images of surfaces, outdoor grow areas or a guided video tour showing the physical security of the building.

“It is important to note that this is only a change in what must be submitted to Health Canada for review; there has been no change in the requirements to comply with the physical security elements of the Cannabis Regulations at a site,” says a representative of Health Canada. “The change was made following a review of cannabis industry compliance and risk related to physical security requirements, Health Canada identified a number of review elements that were low risk. These changes reduce the effort required for new applications and license amendment requests relating to physical security, both on the part of the applicant or license holder preparing the submission and for Health Canada in performing the review.”

JH & Associates: Gauging needs

Jeff Hannah, security consultant and owner of JH & Associates, says that the rule change was overdue – from his perspective, the security requirements on the cannabis industry were overly onerous, as government felt that in order to protect the public interest, the standards had to be stringent. This is a situation that he feels wouldn’t have been the case if we weren’t discussing a product which had been illegal until that point.

There is data to support Hannah’s assertion. According to data provided by Health Canada, some 2,219 kgs of died cannabis was stolen or lost between 2018 and 2022 – a drop in the bucket compared to the over four million kgs of cannabis produced in Canada in that same time frame. As such, security standards for cannabis producers in Canada have been driven by the requirements, not by actual thefts or losses.

“Very, very few facilities over the past ten years have been built to exceed the regulatory standard,” says Hannah. “They probably exceeded what we might have identified as a result if we had done it the old-fashioned way and just allowed a risk assessment to dictate a holistic approach to security in each facility on an individual basis. But when you’re starting a new industry, that sort of holistic approach is not practical, and it wouldn’t work.”

Looking at the specific security needs of the cannabis sector, Hannah says that in a processing facility, there will be camera coverage over everything, particularly as it relates to the perimeter of the facility. Inside the facility, requirements are more relaxed, though still more intense than in other agricultural sectors.

“One of the things they were able to pull back over the years was there used to be blanket security coverage of fields of wet plants that wouldn’t have been of any use to anybody,” says Hannah. “And there used to be motion sensors protecting live plants, which was crazy – the movement of the plants would set off the motion sensors. In the early days there was a requirement that a security cleared supervisor must be in the room and witness every time human hands touch cannabis.”

Hannah says that the emphasis that Health Canada put on the perimeter of the facility was unique – you don’t often see other applications that would use the amount of layered permitter protection that was prescribed for cannabis.

“Some pretty complex fence mounted sensors, cameras, video analytics, motion sensitive lighting and all kinds of crazy stuff,” says Hannah. “When the Cannabis Act came out, previous versions referenced the Health Canada directive on physical security measures for controlled substances and the expanded upon it. Look at an oxycodone or opiate manufacturing facility – you can argue that there’s some that are not as well-secured as a cannabis facility, which is crazy.”

Hannah says that cannabis producers were the bulk of his business for about eight years, but he has seen a decline in the number of new entrants. With the new rule change, he expects cannabis to become an even smaller part of his portfolio.

Selling Weapons to Murderers in an Upside Down Demonic World

Selling Weapons to Murderers in an Upside Down Demonic World

Selling Weapons to Murderers

in an Upside Down Demonic World

By Julian Rose

While the world’s most despotic criminals move freely around in their ivory towers, petty criminals and the righteous are firmly incarcerated behind bars. This is the way ‘The law’ functions in a world where injustice has taken the role of justice.

Deals made between those who occupy the highest seats of power, are increasingly made without any recourse to public interest, democratic procedures, international protocols or the law of the land in which they are enacted.

While down at the street level, public relations exercises make it look like some ‘national interest’ is being defended. Some inviolable truth being upheld that must not be challenged.

So it is that Britain, the USA and their closest allies ‘condemn’ – in a carefully coded public relations exercise – Israel’s ruthless murder of tens of thousands of Palestinians in Gaza, but continue to supply these murderers with the latest weapons of modern warfare.

Then, when Netanyahu ordered the destruction of the Iranian consulate in Damascus, killing 11 people, including at least two senior commanders in the al-Quds force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, a warning was quickly received from the Iran leadership that it would revenge these deaths.

At this point, Western leaders who had condemned the Israeli army’s wanton killings in Gaza, jumped to their feet and brazenly announced an ‘iron clad’ guarantee that ‘they would not hesitate to defend Israel against her enemies’.

And so they did – when Iran held true – and in a carefully calculated response that used relatively slow moving projectiles and (we understand) a prewarning issued well in advance of its intent – launched a fleet of drones and rockets to disrupt Israel’s main military airfield.

The UK government, disrespecting – as has become the norm – international law and military engagement protocols, ordered its fighter planes into action over Israeli territory to down incoming Iranian warheads, at the expense of unconsulted British tax payers. The US involved itself in the same way.

Such (ongoing) predatory bravura is being displayed in the cause of defending the indefensible.

Iran is a country that has resisted buckling under pressure to become yet another permanent US military outpost. So it remains Middle Eastern public enemy No 1 by Western war monger definition.

After all, how could an Arab country still be allowed to operate according to its own cultural practices and traditions and not kneel before the might of big brother to conform to Western mores and energy demands?

So if a long awaited excuse arises to blow Iran out of the water, that will mean the completion of a clean sweep of US (and allies) hegemonic ambitions in the Middle East and an excellent chance to get their blood soaked hands on plenty more valuable minerals assets. At least that was the Neocon view before Iran started to build up a nuclear capability.

But don’t think too much about how Russia, China and other allies of Iran might react to such an outcome.

“ No” says Lord Cameron, Foreign Secretary of the British government “We must continue to sell arms to Israel. We must hold firm”.

This, in spite of a global outcry against such an action by large numbers of sentient human beings still retaining real values, including the rapidly waning ability to think.

“Oh Gosh” says UK Finance Minister, Jeremy Hunt “arms sales to Israel bring in billions, we can’t just cut them out, can we. The national economy can’t afford to go any further into debt.”

“But what about the coming general election?” says the Conservative hierarchy. “What if the electorate sides with the Palestinians and rejects our line?”

The Finance Minister doesn’t have to think long “In that case we’ll go with the electorate and ban the arms’ sales. That might improve our chances in the Autumn. We’ll make up the financial loss by raising taxes on food and fuel.

We must keep to our Great Reset and Green New Deal commitment to starve out the farmers, hit industry workers and rid the world of fossil fuels, right?”

The moral of this story is not hard to fathom: There is only one god – the god of power and control. The god of ‘full spectrum dominance’.

Moreover the deception game moves this way and that so as to make it seem like there’s some attempt being made to ‘uphold justice’ and strum the chords of democracy.

So, the architects of control say to themselves, ‘don’t let any humanitarian instincts into the picture. No, this means the beginning of the end of the world as we know it. After all, our centralised satanic control system is the new normal, it’s in our interest that most don’t want to be disturbed by changes to the status quo.’

Some readers may be wondering: what’s around the corner if these devils we know are replaced by devils we don’t know?

Well, actually, the current devils are stirring the same evil pot as their predecessors, so the next ones will no doubt continue the job: get any remaining resisters fully brain fugged, AI’d, microwaved and dispossessed of their assets. Get Nation States out of the way. Create a supranational centralised New World Order that makes any expression of love a criminal offence. Clear out the arts, spirituality and around 90% of the human population.

Have you seen the same writing on the wall?

Maybe you have, as its increasingly hard not to. But the tendency remains to scrub it off the bricks – like Banksy’s startling truths – rather than face reality.

Defending the indefensible drags one down into the same snake pit as that occupied by genocidal murderers. It’s a suicide mission, and there is no light at the end of that particular tunnel.

We know what we ‘the purposeful people’ have to do. It’s repeated it in all my writings.

We should have strongly progressed our commitment to the defence of Life by now.

We should be planning, every day, the actions we need to take to wrest back control of our destinies and join together with other non-zomby purposeful people to this same end.

The bottom-up revolution that will oust the demons-in-human form that are so assiduously vampiring our freedoms, unique powers of thought and even our very souls, is as close at hand as we collectively make it.

Supreme Source gave us all the power we need to Act. By not using this power we let it wither on the vine. This is a crime. A crime that makes one complicit in inviting internal and external colonisation by demons.

We are fighting for the future of what we proclaim to be ‘love of life’. There can be no compromise in our determination to come through as victors in what has become a very literal clash between the forces of life and those of death.

But remember, ‘the darkest hour is just before dawn’.

We each have a key role to play in inspiring tomorrow’s dawn to break over the horizon as a blazing herald of our energetic determination to rid this beautiful planet of power obsessed political parasites.

Those whose blood stained hands hold the profits of war to be more valuable than defence of the immeasurable gift of life. That gift which is the irreplaceable cardinal right of all peoples. Of all humanity.
