When prohibition ended, an opportunity was born: the exploration of culinary cannabis in private Canadian kitchens. In this session the CCA (Culinary Cannabis Association) explores Micro-dosing cannabis infused dishes, and the potential market for them in the future. There are thousands of cannabis strains, waiting to be paired. A demonstration will be given by CCA-certified chef Patrick Newton, founder of Munchy Brothers, who will also dive into his experience as a culinary cannabis professional, and where he sees micro-dosing taking his business.
