
Dr. Terry Lake
Nathan Mison is the co-founder and CEO of Diplomat Consulting. He is the former Vice President of Government and Stakeholder Relations at Fire & Flower, where he was one of the first employees for the company from its establishment, helping to guide it through legalization and into its place as Canada’s largest independent cannabis retail company.
Prior to his work in cannabis, Nathan owned Mison & Associates, a full-scale executive counsel and public affairs company and was a founding partner in EKG Entertainment Group.
A leader in the cannabis industry, Nathan is the co-chair of the National Cannabis Working Group for the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, co-chair of the International Cannabis Council, and member of the Business Industry Advisory Council for the OECD. At a provincial level he is the Past Chair of the Alberta Cannabis Council and the Working Chair of the Ontario Cannabis Policy Council for the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.
He is a founding member of NorthCanvas – an ancillary cannabis incubator, was a member of the Alberta Cannabis Stakeholder Group and a founding member of the Alberta Cannabis Retailers Association. He has a BA in Political Science and Philosophy from the University of Alberta and has volunteered his time as the Past President of the Valley Zoo Development Society and is the co-founder of Politics on Tap.
Kirsten is the Chief Marketing Officer at 48North. She is an entrepreneur, creative thinker and leader with over 20 years of award-winning experience. Founder of a successful graphic production company- The Production Kitchen, – a design think tank, THE INN and a Social Enterprise Non-Profit, Good Foot Delivery, a local delivery service that employs people identifying with a developmental disability.
Kirsten has been recognized by Print Action Magazine as one of Canada’s 50 Most Influential People in Graphic Communications. Also a finalist for Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the year, she has also won a number of Art Director Club of Canada, Communication Arts awards and a JUNO nomination in Album Design.

Chad Morphy is the Master Grower and Chief of Operations of Green Seal Cannabis Company, an LP in Stratford, Ontario. The company grows cannabis in a state-of-the-art, 30,000 square-foot, 5-level, vertical farm. Before Green Seal, Chad grew cannabis for 15 years under two MMAR licenses. He is also an Osteopath who created and ran a healthcare clinic for 11 years.
Kendra passion for media has made her one of the best at her craft. Kendra is involved in many aspects of Music and Media like hosting a Radio show on 103.7fm brock radio and events such as: Live at Sessions on the River, tour shows for Leigh McInnis and Sam Losco of the Trailer Park Boys, and other local events. She has also been involved with Niagara Music Week and the Niagara Music Awards as awards presenter, event host, and red carpet interviewer.
With 20 years experience in regulated industries, Karina’s career has focused on compliance, quality assurance and project management. Karina manages CCI’s quality and regulatory operations to bring full services to the Cannabis industry including Cannabis Act Licensing, Edibles, Auditing, NHP, Cultivation and Security. Prior to joining CCI, Karina came from a bio/pharmaceutical and medical device background where she held Director level positions with Dalton Pharmaceutical Services, Contract Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Amorfix Life Sciences. Karina holds an MBA and B.Sc in biochemistry.
Blake Pearson, M.D. is a member of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and a board-certified family physician in the U.S. He is a practicing family physician who has focused his practice on cannabinoid medicine and is recognized across Canada as an expert in the field, accepting referrals from across the Ontario and educating fellow medical professionals around the world.
Dr. Pearson is the Founder and Chief Medical Advisor at Greenly Medical Consulting (GreenlyMed.com), which aims to educate practitioners, allied health professionals and organizations, helping them to say on the cutting edge of cannabinoid medicine. Dr. Pearson is also the founder and Chief Medical Advisor at Greenly Health, which specializes in providing cannabinoid therapy in long-term care and retirement settings.
Prior to joining the Rapids Family Heath Team in Sarnia, Ontario, Dr. Pearson completed his residency in family medicine at Wayne State University – Crittenton Hospital in Rochester, Michigan, where he was Chief Resident.

Originally from the Bronx, NY. After spending several years in central Florida working as an orderly and then an EMT/Paramedic, Dr. Rosado realized his passion for the medical profession. He started chiropractic school at Life College in Marietta, GA where he graduated cum laude with a BS degree in Clinical Nutrition and a doctor of chiropractic degree. After practicing for several years, he went on to Universidad Central del Este, in San Pedro de Macoris where in 2001 he graduated suma cum laude with his medical degree. After working as physician and clinic Director in Salt Lake City, UT, team physician for the Costa Rican Institute of Recreation and Sports, and staff physician at Hospital Mtropolitano in San Juan, PR, Dr. Rosado relocated back to Florida. In 2005 Dr. Rosado completed his MBA in Health Care Management from University of Phoenix, magna cum laude. Once back in Florida, he worked as the Director of the Communicable Disease Division/Epidemiology and immunization departments as well as the Sr. Lead Physician at St. Johns County Health Department.
Dr. Rosado then moved on to Tricounty Hospital in Williston, FL to be the medical director, and also worked in a private practice with the Institute of Medical and Cardiovascular Excellence (IME/ICE) in Williston and The Villages providing primary and functional/regenerative care. Upon resigning from both Tricounty Hospital and ICE, he worked as a temporary (Locum Tenens) physician at the North FL Evaluation and Treatment Center in Gainesville, FL, Pinellas County Jail in Clearwater, FL, Escambia County Jail in Pensacola, FL, Florida Health Source in Pierson/Deland/Deltona, FL.
Presently, Dr. Rosado is the Medical Director at Coastal Wellness Centers in Ormond Beach, FL and is providing Therapeutic Cannabis (Medical Marijuana) recommendations and Suboxone Therapy; and volunteers once a month at Shepherd’s Hope Community Clinic, in Longwood, FL.
He was on the bureau of speakers for the United For Care (Amendment 2) campaign in 2014 and 2016 and in 2015 Dr. Rosado took both the Florida Physicians Cannabis Course and the Florida Cannabis Medical Directors Course. In the Spring of 2016, he was the first to recommend high CBD:low THC in the greater Central Florida region to an adult patient with Stage 3 brain cancer and in the late summer/early fall of 2016, he was the first to recommend medical cannabis (THC:CBD 1:1), in the state of FL, to a pediatric patient, who was terminally ill. To date, he has worked with over 1,000 children, adults and geriatrics for the evaluation, recommendation and management of medical cannabis.
