I made the switch from the Alberta industrial sector into cannabis with 20 years of sales and sales management experience. I wanted a new challenge as well as an opportunity to get into an industry I was passionate about….and cannabis was the clear choice. The industry has proven to be a challenge indeed, but a welcomed one at that. Moving from an agency role to an LP in 2022 has given me fantastic insights into the industry as a whole not to mention some great exposure to a lot of fantastic cannabis brands. I can’t say enough about the cannabis community, its reach and support is unbelievably wide spread and has made my career transition an absolutely beautiful experience.
