Rebecca Duff is a seasoned agricultural and horticultural professional and currently works as General Manager with Green Joy. With a degree in ecological agriculture and years spent in organic farming and horticulture, she moved into cannabis just ahead of the legalization and quickly built a reputation for streamlining operations. She has helped launch multiple facilities, indoor, outdoor, and greenhouse, of various sizes, including building her own micro from scratch – and has developed and managed a range of high-velocity hash products. She’s deeply process and ‘whole picture’-driven, obsessed with efficiency, and still happiest when she’s got dirt under her nails.
