Adam Brockest has been involved in various leadership roles across both the tech and cannabis industry for over two decades, with a significant focus on the global cannabis sector. His experience includes commercial strategy, international market development, and genetics innovation.

Currently, Adam is a Managing Partner at Flavour House Genetics, working on developing unique cannabis genetics utilizing Segra’s best in class tissue culture practices as a pathway to commercialization. He also serves as an Operating Partner at Zen-Kai, a producer of premium EU-GMP craft cannabis for global markets. Additionally, Adam provides strategic advisory services through his company Contingency Consulting who has been paramount in the movement of over 12 tons of cannabis in the Canadian market this year alone.

Earlier in his legal Cannabis career, Adam held roles at both Mother Labs as Chief Commercial Officer and at Flowr Corporation as Vice President of Business Development. Adam has also shared his insatiable passion for this plant and it’s community by instructing in the Cannabis Strategy Program at George Brown College.
