Jennifer Maccarone is a seasoned leader in the cannabis industry, currently serving as the head consultant at Total GxP Inc. and previously as the COO of Final Bell Corp, a prominent contract manufacturer of vapes and solventless products. With a background as the former CEO of Safari Flower Company, a leading B2B licensed cultivation and processing facility, Jennifer has a wealth of experience in producing unique cultivars at a commercial scale.
During her tenure as the Chief Quality Officer at Newstrike/Up Cannabis, she led quality and regulatory operations for indoor and greenhouse facilities, earning accreditation as an ISO auditor and utilizing lean six sigma fundamentals from her pharmaceutical background. Jennifer’s expertise extends beyond her operational roles; she has been instrumental in guiding numerous cannabis industry applicants, with over 12 successful Health Canada license grants and various licenses in Jamaica.
With a track record of achieving 100% compliance ratings in more than 100 Health Canada audits, Jennifer is dedicated to advancing industry standards. She contributes to academia as a part-time instructor at Niagara College and serves on advisory committees at Niagara College, Ryerson University, and Seneca College, further demonstrating her commitment to shaping the future of the cannabis industry.
