I have been working at Living Cannabis since they started up in 2020. I was very excited for this opportunity as my happy place is in the dirt playing with plants. I had no knowledge of cannabis coming into this adventure, but after 4 years of learning though various growers and hands on care I have moved up to the Master Grower position. Running the facility is a stressful job, THAT I LOVE!! I am proud of the high-quality cannabis we are able to produce while sticking with all organic feeding and running with living soil beds. By avoiding typical single-use growing methods there is next to no waste at our facility as we reuse, recycle or compost almost everything. This does make more work, but it is worth it to know we are creating such a superior product. I believe that plants feel and feed off our energies, and that by talking to them and taking the time to enjoy every day helps the facility to succeed.
