Andrew Freedman

Andrew Freedman is the first real “Cannabis Sommelier” his focus on pairing cannabis, beer, cocktail, wine and gastronomy are completely unique and original.

Andrew is a serial entrepreneur founding multiple businesses in Canadian cannabis. Today Andrew is the co-founder and CEO of Cannabis Tolling Solutions. CTS is a B2B provider of cannabis extraction services to meet any clients needs. Andrew specializes in both solvent and solventless cannabis extraction techniques.

Andrews passion for cannabis and wine led him to begin teaching what he had learned and created “The Cannabis Sommelier” YouTube channel which currently features new content constantly. Andrew is the host and producer of the “Beers With Buds” podcast which charted at #49 on the Canadian food podcast rankings. You can also find Andrew writing for various international publications about cannabis, wine and dining.

Andrew is the author of “Terpenes For Well Being” a guide to botanical aromas for self care and wellness. The book was published April 20 2021 (Mango Publishing) and is being distributed in all English speaking countries. In 2022 Andrew and Terpenes For Well-being were awarded the silver medal for health and wellness books at the International Publishers Living Now Awards.

Andrew currently teaches seminars about cannabis and wine pairing, cannabis cocktails, cannabis dining and cannabis extracgtion. He also hosts and presents at cannabis dining events across North America. Andrew is a member of the American Culinary Federation and helped write the Cannabis Edibles & Cuisine course presented and distributed by the ACF.
