Starting his career as a budtender, Eric quickly demonstrated a profound understanding of cannabis retail and customer engagement. His passion and expertise led him to a pivotal role at Tokyo Smoke, where he was instrumental in launching 25 new stores. In 2021, Eric joined True North Cannabis Co. (TNCC), where he has since spearheaded the opening of 51 stores across Ontario, significantly expanding the company’s presence and accessibility in the region.
