Graeme Holfeld

Graeme Holfeld has been a senior operations leader for the past 18 years, with a career spanning biotechnology, food manufacturing, and most recently, legal cannabis. He started in the industry in 2017 as the General Manager of Broken Coast cannabis, and he currently leads the team at the Victoria Cannabis Company. Graeme has participated in or managed every aspect of the companies he has been with over his time in the industry and brings a wealth of perspective on the business landscape and cannabis operations. His most notable recent accomplishments were leading the Victoria Cannabis Company team through the commercial introduction of the VCC brand in 2023 and facilitating the launch of one of BC’s only production retail (farmgate) storefronts in Victoria, B.C. Graeme is a strong believer in the value of relationships and community, and is always open to connecting with other industry participants to collectively support growth, innovation, and more importantly, sustainability.
