Through her eight years of extensive entrepreneurial experience within the cannabis industry, Oana is well versed in Regulatory Processes, Business Development, Marketing, and Tactical Management; having opened more than a dozen cannabis retail locations, Oana has extensive experience in developing brands and training processes from the ground up. Previously, Oana served in management roles within the service and healthcare industries. As President of both Eggs Canna Retail and Eggs Canna Farms, Oana leads Marketing, R&D, Recruitment, and Investor Relations. She is also launching a women-focused brand that includes cannabis-based cosmetics and women-focused strain varieties.
