With a strong foundation in product development, he champions the power of clear, consistent messaging to support effective lifecycle management.
For more than a decade, Philip has partnered with marketing and sales teams, creative agencies, media, retailers, and consumers to meet and exceed marketing KPIs. Strategic, innovative, and highly collaborative, he is CRC’s go-to expert for consumer qualitative research—always eager to explore diverse perspectives in pursuit of actionable insights. He has moderated high-profile groups and interviews across sectors including finance, food and beverage, social media, elite sports, and healthcare.
Philip holds three degrees from Trent University (BA in Cultural Studies, Honours in English Literature, and a Postgraduate Degree in Education), and has completed executive studies at Harvard Business School and The Eureka Ranch in Cincinnati, focusing on qualitative research, innovation, and leadership.

Outside of work, Philip is equally a lover of oceans and lakes, exercise and being the parent of a university bound teenage daughter and the ‘adventures’ they offer.
