Randy Daigneau

Randy Daigneau, Senior Vice President, Supply Chain, is a business transformation leader who has spent the last 15 years building start-ups and improving organizational performance for national brands. With deep roots in constraint management, operational excellence and strategic planning, Randy employs a customer centric focus to manufacturing at Aphria Inc., where he is responsible for ensuring end-to-end processes flow smoothly. Randy’s educational background includes a business diploma from St.Clair College where he taught Strategic Planning for 10 years and served on St.Clair College’s curriculum advisory board. In the past, he was a board member for Bridges to Community Canada, where he played an active role fundraising, building homes and improving living conditions in Nicaragua.
