Rob’s passion for cannabis led him to become the Vice President of Merchandising, Warehouse and Logistics at Fire & Flower, where he played a crucial role in the company’s growth to over 100 regulated cannabis store locations across Canada. He is now the Chief Operating Officer at the Independent Retail Cannabis Council (IRCC), where he is dedicated to advancing the cannabis industry and supporting independent cannabis retailers in Canada.
