Scott Mayer

Scott Mayer has been an influential figure in the Canadian cannabis industry since 2017, bringing over two decades of senior leadership experience spanning engineering, operations, and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

As Chief Executive Officer of Miracle Valley Medicinal Alternatives, Scott joined the organization in 2021 with a clear mandate to expand operations and establish international partnerships to bring premium Canadian cannabis flower to global markets, including Israel, Germany, the United Kingdom, and Poland.

Before leading Miracle Valley, Scott served as Vice President of Operations at Nextleaf Solutions, one of Canada’s foremost cannabis extraction, distillation, and CPG manufacturers. He also held the role of Senior Vice President of Operations at Experion Biotech, where he oversaw the production and national distribution initiatives.

Scott’s extensive background in regulated industries, combined with his operational expertise and global perspective, continues to drive innovation, quality, and sustainable growth in the evolving cannabis landscape.
