Co-founder and former CEO of Alberta Bud, Tim has been cultivating in the legal market since 2020 and working in civil litigation since 2013. Tim is currently litigating a lawsuit against AGLC and seeking to have it certified as a class action, representing LPs denied access to the Alberta market or subjected to RTV processes.
