Tyson Cramer

Tyson Cramer is a global cannabis cultivation expert with more than 20 years of experience across outdoor, greenhouse, and indoor production. He began his career in Humboldt County before co-founding Thrive Cannabis, where as CTO and acting COO he helped build the award- winning Greybeard brand and deliver multiple Canadian industry firsts, including hydrocarbon extraction, farm-gate sales, and outdoor cultivation licenses.

Following Thrive’s acquisition, Tyson served as Vice President and Chief Cultivator of Global Operations at Aurora Cannabis, overseeing more than 60 metric tons of GMP-certified production annually and leading large-scale standardization and performance improvement across global sites.

He now leads Peak Profit Yields, working with licensed producers worldwide to drive measurable gains in yield, consistency, and profitability through practical, data-driven cultivation strategies.
