Having evolved a multifaceted perspective through experiences as a front-line cannabis compassion club dispensary worker and harm reductionist, consulting partner for cultivation license holders from application initiation through harvest, and as the owner/operator of a mushroom cultivation, processing, and mycology education initiative, Xavi’s aim is to seek “win-win-win” outcomes through creative and resilient land stewardship.
