Anuja Siwakoti

Anuja has 8 years of experience in cannabis research, academia and work in the regulated cannabis industry in Canada. Anuja currently works as the Director of Regulatory and Scientific Affairs at MediPharm Labs where she oversees company’s licensing and compliance processes as well as provides insights into new product development. Prior to MediPharm Labs, Anuja worked as a Senior Quality/Regulatory Consultant at Cannabis Compliance Inc., global cannabis consulting firm. In that role, she provided quality and regulatory consulting services to over 50 clients, assisting with operational gap assessment and GPP/GMP audits, guiding close to one dozen clients with licence receipt from Health Canada, and navigating through the cannabis regulatory jurisdiction of multiple countries/US states. Anuja also worked for two and a half years at Aphria in the Quality Department. She has spoken at numerous scientific conferences and published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Anuja holds a Master’s degree in Medical Sciences Program from McMaster University.

As an inaugural member of the Zenabis executive team, Mandeep offers a unique perspective on Zenabis as a company and played a key role in the conceptualization, establishment, and subsequent growth of the brand.

Prior to joining Zenabis, Mandeep lead marketing initiatives for several successful e-commerce businesses. By leveraging relationships with some of the world’s largest agencies, and managing large-scale national and international campaigns, Mandeep has been a key contributor in guiding several companies from initial market entrance to multimillion-dollar revenue streams.

Nicole has over 20 years of experience as a technical consultant, educator and author in the field of environmental science and chemical disinfection. As the Vice President, Portfolio Management & Technical Services at Virox Technologies, Nicole heads the team that is responsible for defining the product portfolio strategy, building disinfectant technology awareness, technical product support and clinical studies. Nicole has authored numerous infection control related articles as well as several peer reviewed publications. In 2014, Nicole was named one of Infection Control Today’s “Who’s Who in the Infection Prevention Industry”.

Nicole’s passion for educating also includes a weekly blog called “Talk Clean To Me”.

Bruce serves as the founding Executive Chairman of Gage Growth Corp. (CSE: GAGE); which announced on Sept 1, 2021, an agreement to be acquired by TerrAscend Corp (CSE: TER), (OTCQX: TRSSF), a leading North cannabis multi-state operator. He is a founding Board of Director member of Mind Medicine Inc. (NEO: MMED), and Chairman of the Governance and Compensation Committee; the psychedelic-inspired medicine biotech company. Co‐Founder and Chair of the Board, Co-Chairman and former Chief Executive Officer of Martello Technologies Group Inc. (TSXV: MTLO). Carla brings extensive legal and capital markets experience to the Auxly team. Prior to joining Auxly, Carla led the investor relations function at Hudbay Minerals Inc., where she developed and executed strategic investor relations plans and represented the company in its relationships with the investment community. Before assuming her role in IR, Carla was Hudbay’s Legal Counsel, providing strategic legal and business advice on corporate governance, commercial transactions and compliance with corporate and securities laws and regulations. She also practiced law at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, where she advised many of Canada’s largest and most successful public companies.
Carla holds a law (J.D.) degree from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (hBBA) from Wilfrid Laurier University’s Lazaridis School of Business and Economics.

Health Care Executive with over 25 years of experience in the following areas: Cannabis/Hemp investments, Operations, Rules/Laws, Regulation, Compliance and Management, Pharmacy management, Skilled Nursing, Laboratory, Therapy, Home Healthcare, and Healthcare analytics. Michael is a subject matter expert in the Global Cannabis/Hemp Industry with Gerson Lehrman Group and Guidepoint. Mr. Patterson has educated many law/regulatory bodies including the FBI National Academy, Florida State Troopers, Florida Sheriffs, Oklahoma legislature, Oklahoma Banking Commission, Oklahoma Tax Commission, and Florida State Legislature. Michael has spoken at numerous conferences including the 2019 UBS Global Consumer Conference in Boston, MA, 2019 Europe CBD Expo in London, England, and the 2019 World CBD Awards in Barcelona, Spain.

Mr. Patterson is an Editorial Board Member for the American Journal of Medical Cannabis (AJMC), medical cannabis contributing writer for Florida MD Magazine and Orlando Medical News Magazine, Board member of the Medical Cannabis Society, Tourette’s Syndrome Awareness Foundation, and World CBD Awards, and licensed Occupational Therapist and Nursing Home Administrator in 4 states.

Brianna Martyn Brianna Martyn is the Director of Operations and one of the Co-Founders of Compass Cannabis Clinic. Previously, she worked for large retail chains including Walmart and Best Buy in corporate management. She draws upon experience working in the franchise model from time spent at WATCH IT! and Petland Canada as the national Director of Training for each. Her retail management expertise allows Compass to provide a customer service driven experience for their patients.

Annaliese Kibler

Annaliese Kibler

Annaliese has been a consumer for over 20 years, she is a plant scientist, and an avid ambassador of Cannabis. Annaliese completed a BSc. and MSc. in the Plant Biotechnology & Agriculture from the University of Guelph, with a focus on medicinal and endangered plant species.

She began her career in cannabis production & research when the MMPR first came into effect in 2014.
In 2015 she started at Aurora Cannabis supervising the Client Care department and since 2017 has been focused on Regulatory Affairs for the organization and is currently the Director of Regulatory Affairs.

Annaliese is a former co-chair of Women Grow in Vancouver, a co-founder and VP of Operations at CaneXions, hosting and supporting events for womxn in the cannabis industry. She sits on advisory boards for ACMLA, CWIC and volunteers at MCC. She is an international speaker and has presented at a variety of events on the topics of regulations, compliance, plant sciences and patient advocacy.

In 2020 she purchased a 7-acre farm with her husband just outside of Edmonton, AB and they received their Industrial Hemp Licence to become a certified Canadian Hemp Farmer!

Becky Olscher is Legal Counsel, Regulatory Affairs at Auxly Cannabis Group. Becky handles various regulatory matters for Auxly, its subsidiaries and partners, in Canada and abroad with respect to regulatory strategy, licensing, compliance and promotion. Prior to joining the cannabis industry, Becky was a litigator at a leading Toronto law firm, working on competition, pharmaceutical and commercial files. Becky brought her experience in complex regulatory matters, risk management and advocacy to Auxly in 2018.
