Ryan Krelove

Ryan Krelove

Ryan is a clinic manager and community advocate with Cannabis Supply Co. A patient centered clinic which provides legal access, advice and education to eligible Canadian patients.

His position requires many hats including patient support and education, relationship management, marketing, business development, operations, and strategy. Ryan is a strong believer in the cannabis movement, alternative health, patient care, education, and an inclusive market.

Over the past 15 years, Ryan has worked in many industries including financial services, security and intelligence, gaming, small business, and nonprofit. What began with financial research into the industry quickly changed when he started to understand the massive medical potential of cannabis, from what he previously knew and understood. Ryan has always been an advocate for fair access and sought opportunities to join the industry when the rules and conversations around medical cannabis began to shift. He began to deeply explore cannabis as an alternative medicine, and consuming it with increased awareness and purpose. He decided to shift completely into the cannabis industry late in 2016.

Ryan applies his knowledge and experience to contribute in changing the dialogue around cannabis consumption and regulation, and to help patients understand and navigate an entirely new and legal industry.

Ed Pintwala

Ed Pintwala

Ed started his recruitment career in the 2008 recession and thus quickly turned to his family history and knowledge within the food processing industry. In 2008/2009 food manufacturers were still hiring (and some even growing) and Ed found a niche in recruiting for technical mid-management positions across Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Regulatory, Engineering, R&D and Operations. This has since expanded into the Food, Pharmaceutical, and Consumer Packaged Goods and now Cannabis sector. In 2012 Ed teamed up with his brother / partner Justin to launch CPG Executive Search. Making the transition into Cannabis recruiting in 2016 was a logical next step based on the similarities to food & pharma.

CPG Exec separates ourselves from generalist recruiters by specializing in related technical industries with similar technical resource needs; being Food, Pharma, CPG and now Cannabis. The talent pool for these sectors can be scarce, competitive, and elusive – which is why we do what we do! Having worked for several successful start-ups to large multi-national Tier 1 CPG companies Ed understands the differences between who would ‘fit’ within a small business vs. corporate multi-national and how to find, attract, and retain these professionals.
