Megan Preik is a fractional QAP, coach, and mentor, and the founder of Accelerated Quality Solutions. She specializes in process improvement and regulatory compliance, ensuring quality strategies support overall business objectives. With a proven track record of problem-solving, Megan navigates complex challenges, develops innovative solutions, and fosters collaboration across teams. Megan’s cannabis industry journey began in early 2018 under the ACMPR as a Quality Manager for Tilray. Since then, she has helped numerous small to medium-sized producers launch and grow their businesses. As a practicing analytical chemist, Megan’s extensive experience prior to entering the cannabis sector includes laboratory management, accreditation, and data validation. She has served on the board of the Association of the Chemical Profession of British Columbia (ACPBC) for the past four years. Megan holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Alberta and an MBA with a focus on organizational behaviour from the University of Victoria, blending her technical expertise with strong business acumen.
